The centre has trained Professionals for over 5 years. W.H.O & Federal Ministry of Health had been in collaboration with the centre in setting up the 1st awareness training programme.

To date we have trained over 500 people. Our training programme has become Basic and Advanced, it includes Disability awareness. Society’s Role. Types of Disability. Appropriateness of Language. Assessment. Role of Teacher and Health Workers. Strategies for Classroom Teachers. Practicum.
